One of the best valleys of Alborz mountains is Sehezar valley . This valley start from Mishechal passage (4000 M) to Caspian sea coast ( 0000 M ) . There is one special volcanic hot spring in this valley which is in ( 2700 M ) altitude . This hot spring is in the small cave under the small rock . This trekking tour start from the Taleghan valley from south part of Alborz mountains to Sehezar valley & then finishing to Caspian sea coast .
Short trekking in Alborz are programs that take less than five days and can be implemented in the central Alborz area. Given the close proximity of these routes to the Tehran (capital of Iran )in the south of the Alborz mountains, most of these programs start from Tehran and eventually end at the north of the Alborz Mountains and the Caspian Sea. These programs are suitable for people who want to finish their program in less than five days. Of the most famous short trekking Alborz trails, short trails from Alamut Valley to the Caspian Sea, such as Garmarud to Yuj or Alamut Evan lake to Tonekabon town, or the Taleghan Valley to Sehezar hotspring,
on the way of these short trekking can be hiking to many peaks higher than 4000 meters . If you would like to spend part of your trip to Iran in the Alborz mountains , I am at your service.

Hessam was a great guide, knowledgable friendly and accommodating. He organised a 3 day tour for me at late notice and provided all transfers, food, accomodation, and friendly company. I would absolutely recommend Hessam to anyone interested in exploring the mountains and seeing another side of Iran, away from the cities and more touristy areas. Thank you Hessam, until next time.
